Founder

Staysea Lee Hutchings-McCutcheon is the founder of Staysea's Signature Notary Service, LLC, and a proud tribal citizen of the Shinnecock Indian Nation. With over 35 years of experience in office administration, she has cultivated a diverse and accomplished career. Her professional background spans roles in retail sales, marketing, promotions, and the entertainment industry, providing her with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of various industries. She served as the Tribal Enrollment Director for the Shinnecock Indian Nation for ten years, where she played a pivotal role in the nation’s journey to becoming the 565th federally recognized tribal nation.

Staysea’s dedication to her community is evident through her involvement in numerous programs and organizations, including JEVS, the Shinnecock Elders Program, the Shinnecock Indian Education Center, and The American Indian of the Delaware Valley (UAIDV). Currently, she is a business partner at Clark McCutcheon LLP and serves as team administrator and treasurer at the West Philadelphia Soccer Academy. Passionate about advocacy, Staysea is committed to helping the homeless and providing essential resources to those in need. She also serves as a board member for CM Cares, contributing to initiatives that positively impact her community. Supported by her husband, Ronald, she channels her extensive expertise and deep commitment to service into running Staysea's Signature Notary Service, LLC, where she continues to make a difference in the lives of individuals and businesses throughout the region.
